Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupAny Desired Lentils, cooked (cooked by boiling)
  • 2 mediumtomatos diced
  • 2 tinsgreen chillies, chopped.
  • 1 dashchilli powder (as per your taste)
  • to tastesalt
  • 1lemon (lemon juice, squeezed)
  • 1 mediumred onion chopped into small pieces.
  • Chopped coriander leaves to Garnish!

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the chopped tomatos and onion in lentil bowl. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add green chilli and spices according to your taste. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Squeeze lemon on the salad when serving.

  4. 4

    Oh! and garnish with chopped coriander or parsley. (Coriander leaves tastes better)

I loooove food and the peeps here! *addicted* *Read- I'm a Hindu Brahmin. So a pure vegetarian. I don't eat eggs. My bookmarks of non-veg foods are just to try the recipe bt substituting meat with cottage cheese or beans*
