combine 9 oz. flour and salt in a bowl.

combine the lard to the flour mixture, until resembles coarse crumbs.

slowly add cool water while mixing your dough mixture till it forms a nice ball.

sprinkle remaining flour on a clean surface and knead the dough ball until well mixed and less sticky.

set aside in a plastic wrap for an hour at room temperature.

evenly divide dough into 8 pieces.

roll each separate ball into 7in rounds with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface. (keep all dough balls covered with a tea towel till needed.)

heat your griddle to 375°F if you do not own a non stick pan can do.

cook until golden Brown about 4 minutes per side.
