  • 480 gramschopped tomatos
  • 2 largeonion
  • 2 largered pepper
  • 480 gramskidney beans
  • 800 gramsground beef
  • 400 gramsmushrooms
  • 4 tspchilli powder
  • 6 mediumcarrots

  1. 1

    brown off beef

  2. 2

    drain beef and soften onions in pan

  3. 3

    add as much fresh chilli as you like

  4. 4

    toast chilli, garlic and seasonings

  5. 5

    add rest of ingredient and cook on low for 1hr
