  3. 2 largered pepper
  4. 480 gramskidney beans
  5. 800 gramsground beef
  6. 400 gramsmushrooms
  7. 4 tspchilli powder
  8. 6 mediumcarrots

  1. 1

    brown off beef

  2. 2

    drain beef and soften onions in pan

  3. 3

    add as much fresh chilli as you like

  4. 4

    toast chilli, garlic and seasonings

  5. 5

    add rest of ingredient and cook on low for 1hr
