Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes
  2. 1butter
  3. 1sour cream
  4. 1bacon bits
  5. 1green onions
  6. 1cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    slice potatoes about a quarter inch thick and butter each side and place on cookie sheet. cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on each side turning once.

  2. 2

    preheat oven to 400°F

  3. 3

    top with cheese, bacon bits and green onions. continue baking until cheese is melted.

  4. 4

    remove and add sour cream
