  • 125 gramsSugar
  • 125 gramsSelf raising flour
  • 125 gramsButter
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  • 2 tbspMilk
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • 200 gramsChocolate chips
  • 200 gramsHeavy cream

    Preheat oven to 250°C

  2. 2

    Prepare baking tray with cupcake liners

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients except for milk in a food processor or cake mixer

  4. 4

    Incorporate all ingredients while adding milk slowly to batter

  5. 5

    Fill cupcake liners 1/2 with batter

  6. 6

    Bake for 10mins
