Ingredients

  • 2tubes crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 lbshredded swiss cheese
  • 1 1/4 lbchopped deli corned beef
  • 114 oz. can sauerkraut rinsed and drained
  • 2/3 cupthousand island dressing
  • 1egg white beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    unroll. 1 tube rolls

  2. 2

    seal seams making one long rectangle

  3. 3

    press onto greased 9x13 baking dish.

  4. 4

    bake@ 375. 8_10 minutes

  5. 5

    layer half the cheese, all of corned beef

  6. 6

    combine sauerkraut and salad dressing

  7. 7

    spread over beef

  8. 8

    top with remaining cheese

  9. 9

    roll 2Nd tube into 9x13 rectangle

  10. 10

    place on top of cheese

  11. 11

    brush on egg whites

  12. 12

    bake 12-16 minutes
