Ingredients

  1. 1 CupCoconut Freshly scraped
  2. 1green chilli Small
  3. ginger Small piece of (0.5 Inch)
  4. 2 PodsGarlic
  5. 2 TablespoonsCorriander Chopped Leaves
  6. 1 TablespoonLemon Juice
  7. 1 TeaspoonSugar
  8. To TasteSalt
  9. 1 TeaspoonCumin

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chilli and ginger to small pieces.

    Mix all the ingredients in the mixie and blend.

  3. 3

    If the mixture becomes too dry, add a little water.

  4. 4

    Make a fine paste and your chutney is ready.
