prepare topping by combining first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl

beating at low speed, add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to sugar mixture

. add eggs 1 at time, beating well after each addition , beat in vanilla

spread half of batter into 9 x 5 loaf pan coated with baking spray

sprinkle with half of topping mixture

spread remaining batter, swirl

sprinkle remaining topping on top of batter. bake 350 for 50 minutes or until wood pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs clinging

cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.

remove from pan, cool completely on rack
