Ingredients

  • 2Beaten Egg Yokes
  • 12 ozcan of evaporated milk
  • 14 ozcan cream of coconut
  • 14 ozcan sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cupof aged dark rum
  • 1/4 tspground cloves
  • 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    on a double boiler combine egg yoke with evaporated milk. stir constantly until mixture reaches 160°F

  2. 2

    canine mixture and all other ingredients in a blender and mix until completely combined. Pour into glass container and chill before enjoying
