With a Little Effort Korean-Style Sushi Seaweed for Hand Rolls With a Little Effort Korean-Style Sushi Seaweed for Hand Rolls
We always use this method for preparing nori seaweed for hand rolls. This small effort makes the rolls taste so good!In Step 3, there was no way I could take a picture while grilling it for only 2 seconds, so this photo was unsuccessful, and shows a tired piece of seaweed from too much fiddling. When you spread the sauce in Step 2, don't make it too sticky!!It'll become too salty and the seaweed will become mushy.Lightly and thinly is just right. Natto and Kimchi Sushi Roll Natto and Kimchi Sushi Roll
I've been eating natto and kimchi for some time already, but I saw on a TV show that nori seaweed cleanses your blood, so I made this roll. It's been a lunch staple ever since. There's no need to use a sushi roll mat. Just roll it up, take a bite and enjoy. In order to prevent the natto from coming out as you eat it, press the opposite end of the roll tightly closed with your fingers! You won't have a dirty plate, so cleanup is easy too.
