  1. Cornmeal Pancakes
  2. 1 tbspSugar or Honey
  3. 1 cupBoiling water
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 2 tspBaking Powder
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 eachEgg
  8. 1 cupYellow Cornmeal
  9. 1/2 cupFlour
  10. 2 tbspMelted Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix in medium bowl cornmeal, salt and sugar. Add boiling water. Stir and cover for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add melted butter. Beat egg and milk. Add to cornmeal mixture.

  3. 3

    Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Bake on hot grill at 375°F.
