Frozen "Gimmie More" (peanutbutter chocolate cheesecake)

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Slowly add chocolate chips, stirring frequently until completely melted and blended with butter.

Pour chocolate & butter mixture over rice crispies and mix thoroughly. Press into bottom of pan and up sides. You can use a deep dish pie pan, or a 2L pyrex as pictured. REFRIGERATE!

In a medium/large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk then peanut butter, then vanilla.

Fold in whipped cream, just until mixed.

Pour mixture into refrigerated chocolate crust.

Pour hot fudge sauce over the top.

Put this dessert into the freezer, always.
