Ingredients

  • 1 cupred bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupchopped green bell pepper
  • 1 canblack beans, drain and rinse
  • 1 canwhole kernal corn, drained
  • 3green onion, thin sliced
  • 1 tbspcilantro
  • 1/3 cupItalian salad dressing
  • 1lime
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsphot pepper sauce
  • 1Tortilla chips
  • 2jalapeno

Steps

    Chop peppers and jalapenos.

  2. 2

    Place in large bowl.

  3. 3

    Add beans, corn, green onion, and cilantro.

  4. 4

    Mix gently.

  5. 5

    Pour dressing in small bowl.

  6. 6

    Zest lime and add lime juice, 1 tbsp,

  7. 7

    Add lime, garlic, salt, pepper sauce, to dressing.

  8. 8

    Pour over vegetables and mix.

  9. 9

    Serve with Tortilla chips.
