Steps

2 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

start heating your oil in a frying pan, fill pan half full with oil

  3. 3

cut your pork loin about 1/2 inch thick. i like pork loins over pre packaged pork chops because you can up to 16-18prkchops out of the loin and the package is the same price with less thinner chops

  4. 4

rinse the chops in cool water, and break eggs in a bowl

  5. 5

add bread crumbs to a seperate bowl. i usually add garlic salt, pepper, and mrs dash etc to my bread crumbs for a great flavor

  6. 6

dip porkchops one at a time in egg, then coat with bread crumbs and fry. you can fry up to 6 at a time. get them golden crispy brown. even if you burn a few its not going to matter. when theyre done getting brown put them in a baking dish and set aside. (porkchops do not need to be thoroughly cooked)

  7. 7

prepare your brwn gravy in a sauce pan. set aside

  8. 8

cut green peppers and onions up. any way you want. i like thick diced. set aside

  9. 9

prepare mushroom soup in a seperate sauce pan. when thick add your brown gravy to the soup. also add your peppers and onions. pour over the porkchops.

  10. 10

    bake them for 1hour.

  11. 11

this dish might be a little time consuming but oh my it is delicious. your family will love it. the porkchops are so tender youll only need a fork to cut them. i usually serve this with mashed potatos and a veggie which i make while porkchops are baking. and you can freeze any left overs for a lazy day.
