Ingredients

1 kgpotatoes
1salt
1pepper
1cream
1 kgground beef
1 tbspchopped garlic
1 cupgrated cheese

Steps

boil potatoes then peel and mash while hot

season with salt and pepper

blend in cream

mix until smooth and set aside

in a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped garlic. season to taste

in a pie plate, spread the ground beef at the bottom. top with the mashed potatoes making sure tbe meat is well covered
7

sprinkle with grated cheese
8

bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes
