Ingredients

5 servings

2 can14 3/4oz Pink Salmon
2Eggs
1 1/2 cupBread Crumbs
2 tbspLemon Juice
1 tspmustard powder
1 tspbasil
1 tspgarlic powder
1/3 cuponion

Drain salmon and flake in a 2qt. mixing bowl

add all other ingredients and mix together.

Heat oil in skillet.

press salmon mixture into 3-4" patties.

Place patties in hot oil and cook approximately 3-4 minutes per side or until slightly golden brown.
