Ingredients

  • 2 cupself rising cornmeal
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter

    Preheat oven to 350

    In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

    Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan.

    Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
