Ingredients

  • 1 headromaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 packagescampari tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 packagesbaby cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 canlarge black or kalamata olives
  • 1 dozenbocconcini (mini mozzarella balls)
  • 1 cupdiced pepperoni
  • 1/4 lbsliced capicola ham, cut into strips
  • 6whole peperoncini peppers (optional)
  • dressing
  • 1/2 cupgood olive oil
  • 1/4 cupProgresso garlic wine vinegar
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • 1 tspdried basil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 envelopeSweet n' Low

Steps

    Assemble salad ingredients in a large salad bowl or on a family size platter.

  2. 2

    Whisk together dressing ingredients vigorously. Drizzle on salad. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
