Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupfinely crushed graham crackers
  2. 1/3 cupButter or margarine, melted
  3. 3 tbspsugar
  4. 1 quart(4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
  5. 6 ozcan frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  6. 1few drops of yellow food coloring
  7. 1lemon peel for garnish

    Heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    In medium bowl, mix first 3 ingredients. Press graham cracker mixture firmly against bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool crust 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    In large bowl, use mixer and mix ice cream, lemonade concentrate and food coloring. Add ice cream mixture in cooled pie crust.

  4. 4

    Freeze about 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting. Garnish with lemon peel. Store left overs in freezer.
