I've had to get creative in trying to give up sugar and milk. This is great for even a spoon full for a quick sweet fix. I haven't tried it on bread with pb but I'd bet it'd be yummy:)

2 1/2 tbspCocoa
1/2 tbspOil
4 tbspHoney
1/4 tspVanilla
1 dashSalt

stir Cocoa and Oil until smooth

add Honey and stir until smooth
3

add vanilla and salt and stir until smooth
4

apply to cakes or fruit or whatever you can think of:) It will be sticky and gooey and super rich:)

makes about a 1/4 cup
