Its a very lemony sugar cookie. Mine were more soft than crispy. Maybe a few extra minutes in the oven would help.

I had a lot of leftover condensed milk, so I put it in the cookies. They were very delicious.The baking time differs depending on the oven, so check on them occasionally. If you don't have time, you can skip putting the dough into the freezer after Step 3, and cut out shapes with cookie cutters. I wanted to use up the kinako that we had lying around.The cookies turned out fine with just 80 g of butter. Try it out if you want to reduce it. I made this recipe for a fellow Cookpad user (who likes cocoa and chocolate) to thank her for using 100 of my recipes. Here's another one for her!Don't put too much cocoa in the dough as it burns easily (I use 10g).If you flatten the cookies too much, they will burn easily, so make them on the thick side. This cookie recipe has a high proportion of butter so they will spread out to be very thin and crisp. You can reduce the butter up to half for an even crispier cookie. When you bake, dough will spread out quite a bit, so give each cookie plenty of room to avoid them sticking together.
