Ingredients

  • 2 lbcleaed and peeled medium size shrimp
  • 2 cupsliced crimini mushroom
  • 2 cupsliced onion
  • 1 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1pepper to taste

Steps

    in sautee pan heat enough oil to coat bottom and sides add shrimp onions and mushrooms and cook for about 8 minutes

  2. 2

    stir in sour cream and milk, salt and pepper to taste and let simmer about 10 minutes in medium low, stirring occasionally...
