1 tspparsley, dried
1/2 tspcoriander
2 cupcottage cheese

Heart oven to 350°F

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
