  • 10 ozfrozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 5eggs
  • 1 tspparsley, dried
  • 1/2 tspcoriander
  • 2 cupcottage cheese

Steps

    Heart oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set.

  5. 5

    Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
