Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 largeSweet potato
  2. 1unit Red onion finely chopped
  3. 1 canRed lentils
  4. 900 mlLow sodium vegetable stock
  5. 1 tspTurmeric
  6. 2 tspGaram masala
  7. 2unit Red chiles finely chopped
  8. 2 cupChopped spinach
  9. 1 tbspCurry powder
  10. 1 tbspRed pepper flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except sweet potato and spinach in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce to medium heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add sweet potato and let simmer until soft. Add spinach and cook for a couple of minutes.
