(Skip this step if you are using fresh basil ) .....Bring a pot of water to a boil then add salt and Quick blanch chinese brocoli then drain and set aside

put in blender kailan stem and stock till smooth

add 1 cup of blended kailan on cooked rice and mix well

FOR THE GARNISH ,,,,,deep fry shreded chinese brocoli or kailan leaf for 5 seconds till curly and off heat set aside

TO SERVE ,,,SCOOP THE VEGETABLES RICE INTO A BOWL THEN OVERTURNED IT ON A PLATE AND TOP WITH CRISPY GARNISH AND ENJOY
