  1. Hasbrown Ingredients
  2. 1 packagesshredded hashbrowns (20 oz, thawed)
  3. 1 lbham, cubed
  4. 1 can(10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  5. 2 cupshredded cheese (I used taco flavored)
  6. 3/4 cupsour cream
  7. 1/4 cupbutter or margarine, melted
  8. Topping Ingredients
  9. 1 cuptri-color tortilla strips, coarsely crushed
  10. 1/2 cupItalian Panko bread crumbs
  11. 2 tbspbutter or margarine, melted

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 3 qt (13x9) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all hashbrown ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly into prepared making dish.

    In a small bowl, stir together topping ingredients. make sure they are coated in the butter, you may need a little more than 2 tbsps. Spread topping evenly over hashbrowns.

    Bake 45 min our until hashbrowns are tender.

    Other topping suggestions (you want a total of 1.5c of whatever you like): crushed crackers, crushed corn flakes, fried onions, or crushed chips of your personal preference.
