  • 2 cupSugar
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 4 eachEggs
  • 1 cupCrisco
  • 3 cupCake flour
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 cupButtermilk
  • 1 tbspLemon & vanilla flavorings
  • glaze
  • 2 eachJuice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cupPowdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients into bowl before mixing. Blend well and bake 1 hour & 10 minutes at 325

  2. 2

    For glaze. Heat the juice & powdered sugar then pour over hot cake
