  • 1Beef bullion cube
  • 1 canBeer
  • 3 tbspItalian seasoning
  • 1French bread
  • 1Provolone cheese

Steps

    Mix first 5 ingredients together in crock pot

  2. 2

    Slice roast in thin slices place in crock pot

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours

  4. 4

    Use juice for dipping

  5. 5

    Remove some of center of french bread

  6. 6

    Top with slices of provolone cheese

  7. 7
