  • 100 gramsbutter
  • 150 gramsdark chocolate
  • 100 gramswheat free flour
  • 1 tspwheat free baking powder
  • 200 gramscaster sugar
  • 3eggs
  • 100 gramschopped nuts or fudge pieces (optional)

  1. 1

    gently melt butter and chocolate in a pan.

  2. 2

    preheat oven to 160°F (fan oven)

  3. 3

    in a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and sugar.

  4. 4

    beat in eggs, then chocolate mix.

  5. 5

    stir in nuts or fudge pieces.

  6. 6

    pour into a 6x8" lined tin.

  7. 7

    bake for 30-40minutes.

  8. 8

    allow to cool then cut into slices.
