Place the butter in a large saute pan and bring it over low heat until butter is melted. Add onions and cook 3 to 5 minutes. At the creek and cook for another minute. Add the rice and cook 2 minutes. Pour the beer and turn the heat up too high until the beer begins to summer add 1/2 cup of chicken broth stir until dissolved repeat until chicken broth is gone add cheese bacon and cayenne pepper and serve
