7 ozcaramels
1/4 cupevaporated milk
1/2 cupchopped pecans
1chocolate crumb pie crust
6 ozcream cheese
1/2 cupsour cream
1 1/4 cupmilk
1 packageschocolate pudding
1/2 cupfudge topping

Place caramels and evaporated milk in sauce pan. Heat over med. low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.

Combine cream cheese, milk and sour cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and blend for 30 sec. longer.

Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer covering evenly. Chill loosely covered for 15 minutes, until set.

Drizzle fudge topping over pudding and chill until ready to serve.
