preheat the oven to 180°F

In a bowl put all the self rising flour in, all the salt

make a well

put all the oil and all the water into the well

mix until combined

(if dry or is not sticking together add some water) (if to sticky add some flour.)

lightly flour the surface

kneaded the the dough for five minutes

get a baking tray with non stick paper on

roll out the dough in to a circle

put the dough onto the baking tray

prick the base with a fork

put some tomato puree onto the base and spread do the same with the tomato Kectup

add your favourite topping

put in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes
