  • 1 tbspOil
  • 25 gramsButter
  • 1Onion
  • 200 gramsMushroom
  • 1 1/2Arborio Rice
  • 1/4White Wine
  • 4 cupHot chicken Stock
  • 1/3 cupParmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbspParsley Flakes
  • 25 gramsButter - extra

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Sauté onion and mushroom in oil and butter until soft and golden
    Stir in rice for 5mins until rice is transparent
    Stir in wine and stir until it evaporates
    Stir in 1 ladle of stock, stir, add stock until cooked
    Add Parmesan, parsley, extra butter and petter
