Combine all of the seasoning ingredients into a Ziploc bag.

Pat the cube steaks with a clean paper towel to remove any extra juices. dredge in flour until cube steaks are completely dusted.

Add oil to a cast-iron skillet or electric skillet. heat the oil until it shimmers and bubbles when flour is added

Fry cube streaks on each side, about 5-6 minutes. reserve 2 tablespoons of flour mixture.

Drain the crispy steaks on a paper towel. Add the reserved flour to the hour oil and blend well, losing ask the browned bits on the bottom, add hour water until you reach a grabby consistency. add salt and pepper to your liking.

Some people put the streaks back in the gravy, but I like to just lake a little on top.
