Marshmallow Salad
I added fruit at the top to decorate
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Open can of mixed fruit, drain the juice out and place in bowl. (I also add my favorite fruit such as red grapes, bananas, and aliced peaches)
- 2
Mix in the sliced cherries with the fruit and then add on the raisins. Mix thoroughly to receive every piece of variety as you can.
- 3
Add your desired nuts, or opt out if allergic. I love chopped almonds in my salad, pecans will do too, or chopped wallnuts in small pieces.
- 4
With a frosting spatula, stir in the whipped topping. I usually use the no name brand, or use the can of reddi whip and stir it with the fruit.
- 5
Top of with your mini flavored colored marshmallows. The colorful mini marshmallows come in different flavors and make this dessert more flavorfull.
- 6
Mix everything well together, and you're done. Dad loves this with shredded coconut flakes. I love it without, have fun with it, experiment, and enjoy.

Marshmallow Fondant Marshmallow Fondant
I honestly cannot believe that this recipe worked. Fondant has been something I stayed away from because the packages at the store don't give you nearly enough for a cake and making it from scratch has always looked daunting to me. This recipe uses marshmallows as a base and it is absolutely simple to do.I'm basically going to make this all the time now for my cakes and cupcakes. Chris Jordan -
