Whip cream to soft peaks and refrigerated.

Chop wafers to make crumbs.

Combine egg white, sugar, and strawberries and blend for 15 minutes.

Add whipping cream and mix well.

Line pan with most of the wafer crumbs, pour mixture into pan, and garnish with remaining crumbs.

Freeze.
