  1. chicken
  2. 4chicken breast fillets
  3. 1/4 kgfloor
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/4 packagesbread crumbs
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. 1 tbsppepper
  8. Sauce
  9. 1 candiced tomatoes
  10. 1fresh Basil
  11. 1black olives
  12. 1salt
  13. 1pepper
  14. 1parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper in one bowl. mix eggs in a separate bowl. flour on a separate container as well.

    cover chicken breasts by drenching it in flour, egg, flour, egg then bread crumbs.

    put chicken in fridge while preparing the sauce.

    fry under medium heat at around five minutes per side or until golden brown.

    for the sauce, put in tomatoes, bring to a boil then simmer.

  6. 6

    add the remaining ingredients to your liking. add hot sauce if you prefer a little bit heat.

    put the chicken on top of the sauce. add Cheddar and parmesan cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
