Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 canPillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 bunchgreen onion or chives
  • 1chicken seasoning (I use Montreal Chicken by McCormick)
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 dashoil
  • 2 boxcream cheese, softened

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes

  3. 3

    Saute chicken in skillet with garlic and oil until cooked through.

  4. 4

    Drain off oil, mix together chicken, softened cream cheese, milk, chives/green onions until well mixed.

  5. 5

    Unroll 1 can of crescent rolls. Pinch one edge of two rolls together to make a square. Spoon in filling.

  6. 6

    To fold into a pocket: draw opposite sides of the square of dough up and together, pinching together to seal. Seal sides by pinching them together.

  7. 7

    Repeat steps 5 and 6 until rolls are all filled and on baking sheets.

  8. 8

    Place on foil-lined baking sheet, about two inches apart.

  9. 9

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until golden brown all over.
