boil pot of water.

mix all ingredients into a dough adding your COLD water little by little ( you may need to add more or less)

sprinkle some flour on a solid surface

using a rolling pin, roll dough until about 1/8 inch thick.

using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1/4 inch x 1/2 inch slices and drop into boiling water.

scoop noodles out when they are floating and drain into a collandar.

great with chicken noodle soup and halushki.
