Prepare oven 290°F

Separate egg yolk and white
- 3
Beat egg white, salt and cream of tartar until stiff ?5 min?using high speed. Then place in the fridge until step 5 finish.

Using low speed, mix egg yolk, sugar, milk. oil and vanilla

Mix flour and cornstarch with baking soda, the slowly mix well with egg yolk mixture.

Pour 1/3 egg white mixture in egg yolk. Repeat.

Pour egg yolk mixture into tensing 1/3 egg white ?it is the trick to make it taste better?.

Pour into the tube pan and bake for 47 minute.

When it is ready, turn the cake upside down and cool for 45 minutes before eating
