Ingredients

  • 10 tspSoft margarine
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1/4 tspCinnamon
  • 10 sliceWhole wheat bread
  • 2 1/2 cupFresh strawberries
  • 2 tbspHershey's cocoa mix
  • 1/4 tspVanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup1% Milk
  • 3 tbspSugar

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in large bowl until smooth

  2. 2

    Heat griddle over medium low heat. Grease griddle with margarine if necessary

  3. 3

    Dip bread in egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Toast each side

  5. 5

    Serve immediately with 1 tsp soft margarine per & 1/4 cup strawberries per slice
