This is a great way to start your day or as a mid-morning snack instead of the junk food were all tempted to eat when were busy and on the go. I don't have a juicer so I made this as an alternative to juicing. It's full of vitamins, nutrients, and fiber to help you feel full and healthy as you go about your day!

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 10 ozFresh spinach
  2. 1/3 bunchFresh cilantro (with some stem)
  3. 1Fresh mango - peeled and cut
  4. 1Apple - cored and cut with peel on
  5. 1Banana
  6. 1 cupFresh pineapple
  7. 2 tbspLemon juice
  8. 1 cupCranberry juice (100% juice)
  9. 1Airtight 3 quart container

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    With about 1 cup water, blend 1/2 spinach. Add mango and pineapple as blend further. Pour mixture into container.

    With more water or cranberry juice, blend rest of spinach. Add banana and lemon juice and blend further. Add mixture to container.

  3. 3

    Adding the juice if not used or about 1/2 cup water, blend cilantro and apple. Pour mixture into container.

    Shake or stir contents. Makes approximately 5 24oz servings. Refrigerate unused portions.
