  • 1 cupYellow Onion
  • 2 tspMinced Garlic
  • 2 tbspTomato Paste
  • 1 can8oz Tomato Sauce
  • 2 can14.5 oz Crushed Tomato
  • 1 tspCrushed Oregano
  • 1 tspBasil
  • 5 can14oz BeefBroth
  • 1 lbSweet Italian Sausage
  • 1 cupCarrots
  • 2 packages9oz Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 cupRed Wine

  1. 1

    In a large (I used 6 quart) crock-pot add all ingredients except tortellini.

  2. 2

    Stir to combine

  3. 3

    Cover crock-pot and cook on high 4 hours.

  4. 4

    Add tortellini, stir, cover and cook an extra 30 minutes.
