Ingredients

2 servings
  • 350 gramsyam leaf (sweet potato leaf/cassava leaf)
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspdice garlic
  • 2 tbspdice shalot
  • simple chili paste
  • 4fresh chili
  • 1 tspgarlic
  • 1 tspshallot
  • 1/2 tspginger
  • chili soy sause
  • 1 tbspsimple chili paste more or less depending on how spicy you like
  • 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 2 tbspwater

    MAKE SIMPLE CHILI PASTE

  2. 2

    put all ingredient and pound it till smooth set aside

  3. 3

    STIR FRY VEGETABLE

  4. 4

    with oil saute garlic and shallot till fragrant then add vegetable cover lid in low heat for 1 minute

    then uncovered lid add spicy soy sauce and mix well simmer for another 2 minute off heat and serve

    serving optional put it on bowl then turn over on plate and serve
