2 lblemon (8 - 10 lemons)
750 mlVodka
2 2/3 cupwater
2 2/3 cupsugar

Zest lemons

Pour vodka into container add lemon zest

Place in cool dark area for 7 days

Strain vodka invest return liquor to container

In a pot combine sugar and water

Heat until sugar dissolves let cool
7

Add sugar syrup to vodka and stir
8

Place in freezer for 4 hours before serving
