Light Moussaka with Ground Beef

Sauté the garlic, then add the tomato sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Lightly coat a baking dish with some of the sauce.

Arrange sliced eggplant rounds in the dish and top with the cooked ground beef.

Add another layer with the remaining eggplant and all the beef.

Thin out the remaining sauce and pour it over the top of the moussaka.

Arrange tomato slices on top.

Bake in the oven until cooked through.

Very light and filling.
