Ingredients

  • 2 packagesweiners
  • 1 packagessmoked sausage
  • 1/2onion
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 4 tbspolive oil
  • 2 canpasta sauce ( i use hunt's garlic and herb)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 dashcrushed red pepper
  • 1 tspchopped parsley
  • 1 tspItalian seasonings
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1 packagesangel hair pasta
  • 1sugar (if too bitter)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice first 3 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Brown weiners, sausage, onion and minced garlic in the olive oil.

  3. 3

    After everything is browned add your pasta sauce, seasoning, and canned tomatoes. Bring to a boil then simmer on medium/low heat for at least 30 minutes... the longer the better I find!

  4. 4

    Boil pasta by following package directions while the sauce is simmering.

  5. 5

    After sauce and noodles are done serve and enjoy! 😊
