preheat oven to 160°C /320°F

melt chocolate (in a bowl over boiling water) and mix with cream

in a separate bowl mix eggs, sugar and vanilla extract

stir in chocolate mix

add Flour and baking soda. mix till dough is smooth. add chocolatechips

bake for 25-30 minutes (check with toothpick) and let cool

Frosting:

to get a smooth and fluffy frosting you should use an electric mixer

melt chocolate and let cool for a few minutes

cream together butter, sugar, cacao and salt

add cornsyrup and vanilla, stir

stir in melted and cooled chocolate

let cool for 10-15 minutes

use icing bag to frost the cupcakes
