Sift together the flour, sugar and cocoa in a large bowl. Then add the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl beat the eggs add milk, sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Then whisk in the butter,

Slowly fold in the wet mix to the dry mix do not over mix. Mix together only till there is no more flour. Over handling of the batter will make it tough or dense.

Spoon batter on to a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until a tooth pick in the center comes out clean. Let cool

GLAZE

make a glaze by sifting 1 and 3/4 cup powderd sugar. Stir in 1/4 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
