Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cancrushed pineaple 15 oz.
  2. 2 candiced tomatoes
  3. 1 canblack beans
  4. 2 canpinto beans
  5. 1 canbutter beans
  6. 2 cankidney beans
  7. 1/4 cupdiced jalapenos
  8. 2 lbground chuck
  9. 2 packageschili mix
  10. 1/4 cupgarlic diced
  11. 1lots of water

Steps

  1. 1

    this dish is made with reducing sodium

  2. 2

    take a sauce pan and cook meat till done drain and rinse

  3. 3

    take a big crock pot add cooked meat pineaple and jalapenos and chili seasoning and garlic

  4. 4

    open cans of beans tomatoes put in strainer and rinse thoroughly

  5. 5

    once water is clear n not bubbly add to crock pot

  6. 6

    stir stuff in crock pot and add water till full and stir

  7. 7

    let cook in crock pot on high for four hours or low for 6 hours

  8. 8

    enjoy with some cornbread
